Growth 360.

An operating model for digital marketing as a multidimensional project.

Most digital marketing fails long before launch — not because the creative was weak, but because the work was never set up as a project. Growth 360 starts from that observation and builds outward: a campaign is a multidimensional undertaking, and the numbers it eventually posts are a lagging indicator of decisions made weeks earlier. The book is the operating manual for making those earlier decisions well.

It runs in three parts. The framework lays out the operating model — a preparation step and a twelve-step cycle that moves a campaign from diagnosis through launch to the period-end review that begins the next one. The toolkit turns that cycle into practice: campaign standards, a daily tracking system, reporting cadence, CRM and lead lifecycle, financial reconciliation, and a system for managing every place a brand meets its customers. The final part is about scale — running a portfolio, building the team, adapting across markets, and reading where the discipline is headed. Some twenty templates and a complete worked case run alongside the argument.

Underneath it all is a single idea worth naming: marketing run this way needs an owner, not a committee — a Growth Project Manager who holds the cycle end to end and manages by standard, intervening only where reality deviates from it. The result is less a set of tactics than a way of working: diagnose before you treat, document every step, and treat every ending as the next beginning.

Who it’s for

For the person who owns the number. Growth 360 is written for marketing leads, growth and project managers, agency and consultancy operators, and founders who run their own marketing — anyone accountable for a campaign’s outcome and tired of treating the result as luck. It assumes you already know the tactics; what it adds is the structure that makes them add up. If you have ever launched without a diagnosis, managed by instinct rather than standard, or lost the thread between spend and return, this is the manual for the part no one taught you.

From the back cover

Digital marketing rarely fails at the finish. It fails at the start — in the campaign that launched without a diagnosis, the number no one agreed on, the touchpoints no one mapped.

Growth 360 is the operating manual for the other way of working. It treats a campaign as what it actually is — a multidimensional project — and gives it a model to run on: a Step 0 and a twelve-step cycle, four working principles, a 360° audit of every place a brand meets its customers, and the templates to put all of it into practice.

Three parts take you from framework to toolkit to scale. Twenty templates and a full worked case make it usable on Monday morning.

Know the terrain, choose the direction.
