What it is
OmniStream 360 is a distribution model for content operations. At its center sits one master video — the single, highest-effort production. Around it, three rings: the hero and hub platforms where the full piece lives (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok); the adaptation surfaces that reshape it for other attention formats (podcast and audiogram, WhatsApp, in-store screens, SMS/RCS, email); and the field and everyday surfaces where fragments meet people mid-task (blog and newsletter, field messaging, maps listings, paid placements, the website itself).

The argument
The model’s claim is quiet but strict: distribution is designed, not hoped for. One production, planned once across seventeen channels and forty-nine formats — each with its aspect ratio, duration and delivery spec — costs a fraction of seventeen separate briefs, and reads as one voice rather than many.
